Meet our Service Director, another driving force behind our company's success and the lead in all service user related queries. With many years of experience in the field of care, Karen is committed to delivering the best results for our service users.

Paula Walker
Meet our centre manager who brings her vast knowledge and experience to our team. With a passion for all things service users based, Paula is dedicated to ensuring that our service users receive the highest level of care whilst having fun and enjoying activities on a day to day basis.

Anna Barnard
This is Anna, our assistant manager, who inspires and guides the team with all things service user related and works along side Paula every day to make sure things work smoothly round the centre .
Fun Fact - Anna has Heterochromia ( 2 different coloured eyes)

Shanice Ball
Meet our administrator. Shanice works tirelessly along side Leigh-Ann, behind the scenes, to keep everything running smoothly, where no task is to small or too big to handle.
Fun Fact - Shanice LOVES Disney and even had subtle hints of Disney her wedding!

This is Angela, our hippy queen. She adores all things bright coloured and loves to go with the flow of things. If she was anymore laid back she'd probably fall over!

This is Chris. Chris was one of our longest working employees till 2022 when he retired. But fast forward 3 years, he couldn't stay away any longer! He's finally back and the service users are delighted!

This is Coryn. Her chilled demeanor and holistic approach to care makes her the fun, easy going kind of person the service users love working with at the centre.
Fun Fact - Coryn can identify 20 edible wild mushrooms by memory.

This is Emma, she's outgoing and highly motivated to give the service users the best time here at Choice and Harmony a real asset to the team!.
Fun Fact - Emma love the outdoors and goes for walks between 8-10 miles long, averaging between 16500 to 20000 steps EVERY SINGLE DAY!

This is Emma, who has worked along side some of our service users here at the centre since she was 16 years old. We are delighted to welcome her back after having her beautiful daughter in 2024.
Fun Fact - Emma used to do line dancing when she was a toddler and even competed!

This is Enite, one of our newest staff members. Enite has tons of experience ranging from dealing with those who present with challenging, mental health and general LD. A perfect addition to our team.
Fun Fact - Everyone calls Enite "Isaiah" so if you every hear anyone say "Isaiah" this is him

This is Grace, she's very laid back and has such an easy personality to get along with, the service users love her cool and calm demeanor making her an excellent carer.

This is Julie, our Fijian Queen! Service users love it when Julie shares her heritage with them especially on our themed days here at the centre!

This is Magalona, who has over 20 years experience in the care field and has such a calm and collected demure when it come to working with our service users.
Fun Fact - Magdalena is Ambidextrous, which means she can write with both hands.

This is Ruby, our newest member of staff! Ruby comes with years of experience within the care industry, having gained a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge with those with LD.
Fun Fact - Even though her name is Rebecca, EVERYONE that knows her calls her Ruby.

This is Taja, AKA baby spice. Taja is our youngest support worker at the centre but don't let her age fool you with years of experience under her belt as well!
Fun Fact - in her dancing days, not only did she perform with the Disney crew in Paris, she swung her hips with the Pineapple Dance Studio in London

This is Victoria, our newest staff member here at the centre but comes from a background with 9 years care experience, making her the perfect fit here at the centre.
Fun Fact - Victoria won joint first prize for a cleaning competition with vileda when she was in junior school.
